* Fix transaction ID serialization/deserialization and improve its robustness
* Improve robustness of IPv4/IPv6 encoding and decoding
* Include a JAVA MIH Protocol library
* Move some extensions to submodules (check documentation)
* Merge all ODTONE libraries ('base', 'mih', 'sap' and 'net') in a single library (libodtone)
* Add MIH Resource Adaptor for Mobicents JAIN SLEE (https://github.com/ATNoG/MIH-Resource-Adaptor)
* Add OpenWrt ODTONE package (https://github.com/ATNoG/odtone-openwrt)
* ODTONE website and documentation revision.

Head over to the ODTONE website (http://atnog.av.it.pt/odtone) or GitHub repository (https://github.com/ATNoG/ODTONE) and download the latest version of the code!

Seil Jeon, Sergio Figureido, and Rui L. Aguiar have got a paper titled "On the Impacts of Distributed and Dynamic Mobility Management Strategy - A Simulation Study" accepted in IFIP Wireless Days 2013, to be presented at Valencia Spain at November 2013.

This paper is committed to identify the performance impacts of a distributed and dynamic mobility management strategy being highlighted as one of future mobility management strategies through extensive simulations, in terms of packet delivery cost, the number of anchored packets, and traffic distribution ratio throughout the networks, which focus on network-side performances.

Seil Jeon got a IETF RFC titled "Multicast Mobility Routing Optimizations for Proxy Mobile IPv6" as Experimental status, by collaborating with InterDigital Communications LLC, Telefonica I+D, UC3M, and Soongsil University.

This draft proposes some experimental enhancements to the base solution to support IP multicasting in a Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) domain. These enhancements include the use of a multicast tree mobility anchor as the topological anchor point for multicast traffic, as well as a direct routing option where the Mobile Access Gateway can provide access to multicast content in the local network. The goal of these enhancements is to provide benefits such as reducing multicast traffic replication and supporting different PMIPv6 deployment scenarios.

The RFC can be found here: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7028
