This past 11th of July, the IEEE 802.21c standard was published. A member of ATNoG, Daniel Corujo, contributed to this effort as a IEEE 802.21 WG member and voter. This standard, part of the family of Media Independent Handover Services standards, focuses on Optimised Single Radio Handover scenarios.
